Accounts Receivable

Located in Azusa, CA

Specialized Recruiting Group is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a manufacturing team in Azusa. This role will support the Collections Specialist with day-to-day A/R functions and provide backup coverage as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and a solid understanding of the full sales order lifecycle—from order entry through payment posting.

Pay Rate: $25.00–$26.00 DOE

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily collections activities, including follow-up on outstanding accounts.
• Cross-train on all Collections Specialist responsibilities to provide coverage as needed.
• Manage and understand the complete sales order process, from order entry to payment posting.
• Collect and post payments not automatically processed from retail and web sales.
• Update, correct, cancel, or modify retail and web orders per requests from Sales or Customer Service.
• Communicate with retail customers regarding payment discrepancies or outstanding balances.
• Email invoices upon request from Sales or Customer Service teams.
• Perform daily reviews of retail customer accounts to ensure timely payment.
• Issue credit memos or invoices to correct shipping or tax discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records of check stubs, bank receipts, invoices, and customer documentation.
• Invoice orders using the Acumatica ERP system.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Accounts Receivable experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Proven ability to process high-volume invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Experience working with ERP systems (Acumatica or similar).
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
