Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Cabinet Manufacturing Associate to join a local production team. This position supports the sanding, assembly, and finishing of high-quality cabinets in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sand cabinet components and assembled cabinets using hand sanding techniques and power sanding equipment
• Prepare wood surfaces for painting, staining, or finishing by removing imperfections
• Smooth joints, edges, corners, and seams to meet quality standards
• Inspect cabinets for defects such as scratches, dents, glue residue, or uneven surfaces
• Assemble cabinet components according to specifications, drawings, and work orders
• Install cabinet parts including doors, drawers, shelves, hardware, hinges, and slides
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, sanders, and assembly equipment
• Ensure proper alignment, fit, and finish of assembled cabinets
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Skills & Qualifications:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
