Located in Baldwin Park, CA

The QC Warehouse Clerk is responsible for inspecting incoming, outgoing, and returned products to ensure quality standards, accuracy, and compliance with company procedures. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory integrity by identifying defects, verifying quantities, and documenting discrepancies in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Compensation: $20.00
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00am-3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on inbound, outbound, and returned inventory to ensure accuracy and condition standards are met
• Identify damaged, incorrect, or non-conforming products and document findings
• Verify quantities, serial numbers, and product information against packing slips and system records
• Process returns and RMAs, ensuring proper disposition and accurate system updates
• Record inspection results, discrepancies, and corrective actions in warehouse systems or logs
• Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, and shipping teams to resolve quality or inventory issues
• Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety guidelines
• Follow established quality control procedures and suggest process improvements when applicable

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, quality control, or inventory-related role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret packing slips, work orders, and product documentation
• Basic computer skills; experience with WMS, ERP, or RF scanning systems preferred
• Ability to stand, lift, and move inventory in a warehouse environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
