Job Overview:

Operate and adjust Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) to check the quality of machined components. Analyze CMM reports and communicate findings to supervisors for corrective action when needed.

• Weekend Nigh Shift - 6:30PM - 7:00AM  -  $26.97/hour

 

Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and adjust a variety of Coordinate Measuring Machines(CMM) to layout and check the quality of machined components
• Perform CMM checks and analyze machined components at various stages of processing
• Communicate results of the CMM reports to the machinist/supervisor for corrective action when needed

 

Requirements:

• Experience in CNC and conventional machining operations, such as milling, drilling, boring, etc.
• Knowledge and experience in computer controlled operations
• Ability to work in a team environment and be receptive to change
• Knowledge and use of programming languages such as SPECTRUM and PC-DMIS is a big plus
