Return Specialist

Located in Fitchburg, WI

Salary: $22 - $25/hr

Express is currently hiring a Corporate Return Specialist for a top employer in the Fitchburg area.  This is a long term temporary position, expected to go at least 6 months. With good performance, there is the opportunity to be hired on permanently.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Job Duties: Processing authorized returns within SAP and Commerce Cloud.
• Creating return documentation, shipping instructions, barcodes for warehouse scanning
• Follow up with customers to ensure returns are processed appropriately
• Follow up with carriers and verify delivery
• Light reporting
  
  

Qualifications: 

• People Relationship/Communication skills (good “customer” service) as they will communicate regularly with our dealers and distributors who we need to maintain good relations with. Higher caliber expectations that general call center.
• Data entry experience
• Comfortable working in software programs (will be working in SAP – nothing crazy in there but needs to be comfortable with this)
• Attention to detail
• Solid Attendance
• Transportation related experience with clerical duties of book loads, tender loads, creating shipping documents (preferred)
• Previous experience with SAP or similar ERP systems (preferred)

Schedule: 8:00am – 4:30pm (30 minute lunch) or 8:00am – 5:00pm (1 hour lunch)


Pay: $22 - $25/hr, depending on experience
