Role Overview

The Part-Time Real Estate Operations & Marketing Assistant provides administrative, marketing, and organizational support for a real estate business. This role helps keep systems running smoothly, supports listings and transactions, manages databases and communication, and assists with marketing and social media content. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized digital and physical files, systems, and databases
  • Manage CRM contacts, track leads, and assist with follow-up
  • Prepare professional email communications and client correspondence
  • Design marketing materials (flyers, graphics, listing collateral)
  • Create and schedule social media content across platforms
  • Input and update listings in MLS and marketing platforms
  • Coordinate listing materials, signage, showings, and open houses
  • Assist with event planning, promotions, and appreciation efforts
  • Complete general administrative tasks and occasional local errands

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with social media platforms and basic content creation
  • Basic graphic design skills or willingness to learn (Canva preferred)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Professional, service-oriented attitude
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to run local errands

Preferred Experience

  • Background in real estate, marketing, or administrative support
  • Familiarity with MLS systems, CRMs, and email marketing tools
