We are seeking a Construction Estimator to support project bidding and cost forecasting for construction projects. This hands-on role is responsible for reviewing plans, performing quantity take-offs, developing material and labor estimates, assisting with bid preparation, and supporting post-award handoffs to project management. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently and manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Construction Estimator Responsibilities:

• Review construction plans, specifications, and project documents
• Perform accurate quantity take-offs and material selections
• Develop cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment
• Research vendor pricing and special project conditions
• Prepare and submit bids on time
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams
• Assist with post-award handoff to project management

Construction Estimator Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–5 years of related construction experience in sheet metal, waterproofing, roofing, or related construction fields (or equivalent combination).
• Ability to read blueprints, Specifications, CAD Drawings and work orders.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills (i.e. important deadlines)
• Proficient with email and basic computer tools
• Capable of light lifting (up to 15 lbs) and occasional office mobility
