Our Client, a Custom Manufacturing Company in Noblesville, needs Assembly Associates to join their team. They are very busy and would like to add some great team members like you. In this role you will perform hands-on assembly and fabrication work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
The majority of the work they perform is custom, so you should have prior custom assembly, mechanical, or construction experience. Ideally, you can think on your feet, multi-task, and thrive in a busy environment.
Pay, Hours, and Benefits
Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour
Position Type: Evaluation Hire
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 6:30am–4:30pm; Friday 7:30am–11:30am

What will you do as an Assembly Associate?
- Assemble custom, large blower fans and cabinets using power / pneumatic tools and hand tools
- Work with sheet metal -- including cutting, bending, drilling
- Read and interpret drawings and use a tape measure
- Prepare finished products for shipment
What qualifications will you have as an Assembly Associate?
- Prior assembly experience, ideally in a custom assembly/fabrication environment.
- Construction, HVAC, and remodeling experience is also applicable.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to read and understand drawings and schematics is desired
- Ability to read and use a tape measure is desired
