Salary: $15.00/hr
Express is seeking a dependable Machine Operator for a local company in Butler, PA. This full-time role supports the nightly printing and distribution process and is ideal for someone who is comfortable working with industrial equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
Full time- evening/overnight shift after training
Start time between 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
End time between 1:00 AM – 2:00 AM
Training will take place on a day shift with part-time hours for a few weeks before transitioning to the night shift
Job Duties:
Operate machine to prepare product for distribution
Load materials such as inserts, bundles, and skids into equipment
Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance on equipment
Ensure production deadlines and quality standards are met
Work closely with the production team to keep operations running smoothly
Requirements:
Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn machine operation
Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Prior manufacturing, print shop, or maintenance experience beneficial
