MIG Welder – Fabrication | 1st Shift | $17–$20/hr

A local manufacturing company is seeking experienced MIG Welders to join their growing team. This is a full-time, 1st shift position offering competitive pay and steady hours in a fabrication-focused environment.

• $17–$20 per hour (based on experience)

?? Schedule

• Monday – Friday

• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

?? Key Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on components in flat, vertical, and overhead positions

• Set up your welding station and pass a required MIG weld test

• Participate in the fabrication process, which may include:

  • Tow motor (forklift) operation

  • Machine operation

  • Use of overhead cranes

• Develop templates and work aids to hold and align parts

• Read and interpret blueprints and work instructions

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

? Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment

• Ability to pass a MIG weld test

• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints

• Strong communication skills

• Team player who is adaptable and dependable

• Self-motivated, disciplined, and customer-service minded
