Junior Sales Representative

Salary: $60,000+
We have been asked by a Real Estate Title client in Fishers to help them find a Junior Sales Representative. In this role you will build and nurture strong referral relationships, grow warm lead sources, support title and escrow operations, and help drive orders through the closing process while contributing to overall business growth.
Compensation, Schedule, and Benefits
This is a Direct Hire placement
Compensation Structure: Base salary plus commission. You should make $60,000+ your first year; with commission, you can exceed $100K+ annually
Hours/Shift: Full-time, standard business hours

What will you do as a Junior Sales Representative?
Relationship Building & Sales Growth
- Manage and grow warm referral sources through emails, calls, and in-person
- Build strong relationships by asking insightful questions such as “What do you like about who you use?” and “If you had a magic wand, what would you change?”
- Maintain an active, professional social media presence
- Nurture and expand the current book of business
- Join and participate in organizations and networking groups that generate new business
- Conduct weekly planned seminars or presentations in real estate offices
- Attend real estate boards, mortgage banker meetings, and related industry events
Daily Sales Expectations
- Make at least 15 in-person calls and 25 total contacts per day
- Complete five telemarketing calls per day to prospective clients
- Return all messages (calls, texts, emails) within 10 minutes of receipt
- Update sales territory and customer lists quarterly
- Maintain sales pipeline files, including opportunities, projected revenue, and status updates
- Establish and track daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual order and income goals
- Analyze sales territory, orders, income, and market share to support growth initiatives
Order Management & Closing Support
- Receive orders from realtors and enter/search the order
- Review search results and clear requirements to move files toward closing
- Communicate proactively with clients and internal staff to drive transactions forward
- Assist with up to 15 closings per week as needed
- When transactions are clean or straightforward, transition files to escrow and resume sales generation
General Responsibilities
- Submit expenses according to schedule
- Attend all company meetings
- Meet company standards for open orders, closed orders, income, and market share metrics
What qualifications will you have as a Junior Sales Representative?
- Self-motivated with strong relationship and connection-building skills
- Ability to read the room and excel in sales conversations
- Strong customer-service orientation and professional communication skills
- Reliable follow-through and responsiveness
- Ability to support both sales initiatives and escrow operations as part of a collaborative team Understanding of real estate or title processes, or willingness to learn during training
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
- Ability to obtain required licensing such as Title Producer and Notary
- Professional appearance, demeanor, and social media presence
- Comfort managing warm leads and developing loyal referral sources
