A local manufacturing facility is seeking a qualified AP/AR Specialist to join their team! This is a full-time opportunity with a growing company offering competitive pay and full benefits.

Job Duties:

• Receive, process, verify, and reconcile accounts payable invoices
• Create and send customer invoices
• Process payments and handle cash balancing
• Perform vendor maintenance, including managing credit applications
• Review and reconcile vendor and customer statements
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Handle collections on past-due accounts
• Assist with monthly closing reports
• Accurately analyze, prepare, and input accounting data
• Work with purchasing, vendors, and customers to resolve issues
• Provide administrative support, including reporting, filing, special projects, and phone coverage as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma required (Accounting degree preferred; experience may be considered)
• Knowledge of general administrative and bookkeeping principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong math, data entry, and organizational skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• Manufacturing experience highly preferred

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
