We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Administrative Assistant with Accounting experience to support daily office operations and assist with basic financial tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative Duties:

  • Answer phones, manage emails, and handle general office correspondence

  • Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and organize files (digital and physical)

  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations

  • Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors

  • Support management and team members with administrative tasks as needed

Accounting & Finance Support:

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable

  • Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders

  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records

  • Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions

  • Assist with payroll preparation and bookkeeping tasks

  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities
