Position Summary
This is an entry-level maintenance mechanic role with the opportunity to grow into advanced maintenance and electrical responsibilities. The Packaging Technician supports production by operating and maintaining packaging equipment while ensuring quality, safety, and sanitation standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain packaging machinery

• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality

• Perform routine equipment checks and minor repairs

• Maintain sanitation and food safety standards

• Document production and quality control activities

• Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines on the production line

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in food processing or manufacturing

• Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment with advanced control systems

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Schedule & Additional Details

• Fully onsite, temp-to-perm position

• Must be flexible with shift hours and overtime as needed

• Training will take place on 1st shift (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

• Official shift schedule will be discussed during the interview
