Express Employment is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Loader to support our 1st shift production operations team with our client located in Racine, WI. This role is responsible for loading materials into machines, monitoring production flow, and ensuring equipment runs efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Load raw materials, components, or parts into machines or production equipment
Monitor machines during operation to ensure proper material feed and continuous production
Assist in keeping production lines running smoothly and respond promptly to stoppages or jam-ups
Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues to supervisors
Maintain a clean, organized workstation to support safety and efficiency standards
Record production data and assist with basic paperwork or machine activity logs
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
