Exterior Cleaning Technician

Located in Clearwater, FL

Salary: $18/hr+ DOE

Hours: M-Th 8am until comp;ete 20-25/hrs with potential of 40

Dress Code: Quick-drying solid black, grey or blue pants or shorts. Company shirt and hat provided. No rips, no holes, clean professional appearance.  

Skills:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required).

Ability to tow and back up a 16' trailer.

Basic knowledge of commercial pressure washing equipment, accessories, and tools

Willingness to learn soft washing systems and specialized cleaning techniques.

Ability to wear and properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).

Physical ability to lift, bend, and work outdoors for extended periods.

Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities: 

 Operate and maintain soft washing and pressure washing systems, including J-xet, down-streaming, and 12v soft wash systems.

Safely handle and apply cleaning chemicals (sodium hypochlorite, acid cleaners, degreasers) while following all PPE and safety protocols.

Tow and back up a 16' trailer to job sites.

Complete paver repairs, sanding, and sealing projects.

Perform light painting tasks (e.g., pool decks, driveways) as needed.

Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean, safe working order.

Provide excellent customer service while working on residential and commercial properties.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required 

Physical Demands: push, pull, lift up to 60 lbs

Language Skills: Ability to understand, speak, and read English clearly.
