Job Description:We are currently seeking an experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our team in Bessemer. This is a full-time, first-shift role with steady hours and competitive pay based on experience.
Responsibilities:
Operate skid steer equipment safely and efficiently
Load, move, and transport materials around the job site
Perform grading, backfilling, and site cleanup
Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any issues
Work in heavy, dirty, and industrial environments
Assist with manual labor and heavy lifting as needed
Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines
Requirements:
Prior skid steer operating experience required
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical work
Comfortable working in dirty, dusty, and outdoor conditions
Strong focus on safety
Reliable attendance and punctuality
