A small, well-established company with over 30 years of history is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant. The company conducts high-volume business locally and nationally and is looking for a candidate interested in long-term employment.
Note: Applicants must live in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
Prompt, dependable, with a solid work history
Proficient in general office procedures and practices
Familiar with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.
Demonstrates competent computer skills
Adaptable and flexible in performing a variety of tasks
Able to prioritize assignments effectively
Highly organized
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional telephone etiquette
Follows established procedures (written and verbal)
Answering a multi-line telephone system
Documenting detailed messages
Scanning and organizing invoices
Emailing customer invoices and correspondence
Filing and creating new records
Assisting with general office organization
