The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, appearance, and hygiene of all common areas and vacant units within the apartment complex. This position ensures a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff.
Clean and sanitize lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, fitness rooms, and community spaces.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout all shared areas.
Clean windows, glass doors, and fixtures as needed.
Empty trash and recycling bins in common areas.
