Accountabilities and duties:

Guide:

• Guide customers through their order and process it in a fast-paced environment using NetSuite
• Help customers navigate company’s website (and in the future place orders online).

Communication:

• Communicate with positive, friendly customers via phone, email and in

• Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status

Required Skills & Experience

• Submitting quotes for high-quantity orders and custom
• Opening customer accounts by recording account
• Maintaining customer records by updating account
• Maintaining customer accounts accurately by processing customer orders and payments
• Once all orders for the day are done, customer service needs to do be able to do the following:
  A. Closed the credit card.
  B. Counting the cash.
  C. Make sure it is balanced.
  D. Print the report from NetSuite and make sure it matches with your cash from the

• Preparing product or service reports on NETSUITE by collecting and analyzing customer

 Basic Qualifications

• High school College degree is a plus.
• Bilingual is a must – 100% fluent in English, and in Spanish (read, speak, write)
• 5+ years of customer service experience
• Experience with MS
• Ability to pass a background check and drug
• Experience in construction products such as flooring, siding, doors, etc.

Job Type

Full-Time. Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
