Salary: $20 - $22

Client in Coppell is looking for a team player to join their team and assist with Auditing and Compliance.  This is a temp-to-hire position with a rate of $20 - $22 depending on experience. 

 

-Manage weekly training and certified management tracking
-Pull, save, and file reports including Daily SIA, food safety, TT, and beverage data
-Manage and distribute Google guest feedback responses to each market
-Maintain NGC documentation, including warnings and improvement plans based on guest feedback and management issues
-Monitor employee meals, discounts, and voids for compliance
-Manage weekly ESET and Meraki compliance checks
-Pull and distribute catering data
-Share overall sales data related to DSP and OLO performance by location
-Review I-9 documentation and ensure ongoing compliance

Some skills that we are looking for:
-Experience with Rosnet is a plus but not required
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
-Ability to manage multiple reports and compliance related tasks
-Strong communication and follow up skills
