Job Duties:

• Supervise and support production employees during assigned shifts

• Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and safety policies are followed

• Monitor equipment, materials, and staffing levels

• Address and resolve production issues in real time

• Communicate shift updates, performance metrics, and concerns to management

• Enforce company policies and promote a positive work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment

• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work assigned shifts and meet production demands
