Job Title: CDL Class A Driver

Location: Renyolds, IN
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23–$27 per hour, based on experience
Overtime: Paid after 50 hours per week (ag industry standard)

Position Overview

Join a local sustainability-focused agricultural operation that converts organic waste into renewable energy, animal nutrition, and soil-enhancing products through innovative closed-loop processes. Currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused CDL Class A Driver to support onsite and local transportation needs. This is a local driving role with no overnight travel, allowing you to be home every night while maintaining consistent, full-time hours in a growing agricultural operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Class A commercial vehicles for local and onsite hauling
• Transport agricultural materials, products, or equipment safely and efficiently
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance
• Follow all DOT regulations, BioTownAg policies, and safety procedures
• Communicate with onsite teams regarding schedules, loads, and operational needs
• Complete required logs, delivery paperwork, and documentation accurately
• Assist with loading and unloading as needed

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license
• Ability to meet DOT physical and driving requirements
• Clean driving record
• Prior CDL driving experience preferred (agriculture or industrial experience a plus)
• Strong safety awareness and attention to detail
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
