We have a stable and growing manufacturing client of ours, looking for an HR Manager to take over their location!

 

Pay: Up to $135k

Location: Greater Manchester area

Duties: 

• Manage Recruitment & Staffing using an ATS.
• Oversee & Manage EE Relations, Talent Management, Compliance & Labor Law & organizational development.
• Manage Comp & Benefits.
• Handle all EE relations/Retention.
• Performance Management of Employees and Leadership team.
• Project Management.
• Handling HR Metrics & Reporting.

 

Requirements: 

• 15+ years of Progressive HR Experience.
• Extensive experience with EE Relations, Training & Development of New hires, Recruiting, and Performance Manager (Employees & Leadership teams)
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CO and/or SHRM-SCP Certifications preferred.
• Strong Leadership & Interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in HRIS, Payroll Systems, & Microsoft Office Programs.
• Experience working for an Employee Owned Manufacturing company is preferred!
