Entry-Level Robotic Welder Operator

We are seeking dependable individuals to join a manufacturing team as Entry-Level Robotic Welder Operators on second shift. This position involves loading and unloading parts, operating robotic welding equipment, and inspecting completed products. Previous experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates willing to learn.

Job Duties

• Load and position parts into robotic welding equipment
• Operate robotic welding machinery according to established work instructions
• Unload completed parts and prepare them for the next stage of production
• Monitor equipment during production to ensure proper operation
• Inspect completed parts for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies
• Maintain production flow and meet established productivity requirements
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with additional production and manufacturing duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply
• Previous robotic welding, machine operation, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive loading and unloading tasks
• Ability to lift and handle production materials as required
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Schedule

• Full-time position
• Second Shift
• Hours: 2:30 PM to 1:00 AM
