Salary: $27.50 per hour

Express is seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for building high-quality metal components and equipment. You’ll interpret engineering blueprints, fabricate metal structures, and ensure every product meets our strict quality standards. If you’re detail-oriented, safety-focused, and passionate about craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!

Compensation: $27.50 per hour

Schedule

Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering blueprints accurately
• Construct base templates when needed
• Fabricate and assemble metal components and structures
• Perform quality checks on finished products
• Operate fabrication tools and machines safely
• Comply with all state and company safety regulations

Requirements

• 1+ years of previous experience as a metal fabricator
• High School Diploma or GED
• AWS certification and advanced welding experience (preferred, not required)
• Clean Background
• Pass a drug screen
• Excellent attendance record
• Proficiency with fabrication tools (shears, rollers, flame cutters, drill presses)
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Strong work ethic with honesty, integrity, and a positive attitude
• Excellent coordination and mechanical skills
• Manual dexterity, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety at all times
