Join our team as a Packaging Machine Operator and play a crucial role in ensuring our pharmaceutical products are packaged to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Machine Operation: Set up, operate, and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient and accurate packaging of pharmaceutical products.

• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of packaged products to ensure they meet company and regulatory standards.

• Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of packaging equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of packaging activities, including batch records and equipment logs, in compliance with cGMP standards.

• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and standard operating procedures to maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical packaging or a similar manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on packaging equipment.

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and maintain physical stamina throughout.

• Proactive problem-solving skills and a strong sense of initiative.
