Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong electrical troubleshooting experience? A Springfield-area manufacturer is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform hands-on electrical and mechanical repairs, preventative maintenance, and equipment upgrades in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

- $25.00-$30.00 per hour
- Based on experience and qualifications
Schedule
- 3rd Shift
- 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- Full-Time
What You'll Do
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Build, wire, and modify electrical control panels
- Install conduit, electrical systems, and machine wiring
- Repair and replace machine components as needed
- Read and interpret electrical schematics and machine drawings
- Perform equipment lubrication, cleaning, and routine maintenance
- Support equipment upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain safe and efficient operation of production equipment
Qualifications
- Strong electrical maintenance background required
- Experience with control panel wiring and modifications
- Industrial machinery repair and troubleshooting experience
- Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
- Advanced hand and power tool skills
- Understanding of manufacturing safety procedures
- Reliable attendance and strong problem-solving abilities
