About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to support daily shipping and logistics operations. This role is responsible for processing freight quotes, preparing shipping documentation, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products. The ideal candidate has experience working with ERP systems and is comfortable communicating in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and provide accurate freight quotes
  • Prepare products and complete all required shipping paperwork
  • Coordinate outbound shipments and carrier pickups
  • Enter and update shipment data in ERP systems
  • Communicate shipment details and updates with internal teams
  • Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams for daily communication and tracking
  • Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
  • Support general shipping and logistics activities as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in shipping, logistics, or coordination role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams
  • Experience working with ERP systems
  • Bilingual: English and Spanish (verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, and perform medium lifting
  • Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods
  • Experience with Epicor ERP
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
