About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to support our client's operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideally within medical device or pharmaceutical industries or healthcare. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring accurate order processing, timely communication, and a high level of service throughout the order lifecycle.
The ideal candidate brings 3–5 years of CSR experience, is comfortable working within ERP systems, and understands the importance of accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction in regulated industries.
Key Responsibilities

Process customer orders accurately through ERP systems

Track orders from entry through fulfillment and delivery

Communicate order status, lead times, and updates to customers

Process payments, credits, and adjustments as needed

Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a professional, timely manner

Coordinate with internal departments (production, shipping, accounting)

Perform light upselling or cross-selling when appropriate

Maintain accurate customer and order records

Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards
Qualifications
Required:
-
3–5 years of experience in a Customer Service Representative role

Prior experience working with ERP systems (SAGE100)

Experience supporting customers in a manufacturing environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable processing orders, tracking shipments, and handling payments
- Experience in medical device, pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
