Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to cut and bond silicone molds in a production environment. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on manufacturing or machine operation experience who take pride in quality workmanship and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• ·         Operate machinery used to cut and bond silicone molds
• ·         Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to specifications
• ·         Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• ·         Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• ·         Perform basic machine adjustments and routine maintenance as needed
• ·         Work efficiently to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• ·         Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience working with silicone molds
• ·         Ability to read measurements and follow work instructions
• ·         Strong attention to detail and quality
• ·         Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
• ·         Dependable with a strong work ethic and attendance record

Location: Pensacola, FL

Pay: $17/hr
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 5:00am-4:30pm
