Now Hiring: Mixing–Blending Forklift Operator Pay: $16.00/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Crossville, TN
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and hardworking Mixing–Blending Forklift Operator for a client in the flavor manufacturing industry. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with steady hours and room for growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate industrial mixers and blenders to produce flavor batches
Load/unload raw materials and finished products using a forklift
Weigh and measure ingredients according to batch recipes
Maintain clean and organized work areas following safety and sanitation standards
Accurately complete production and inventory documentation
Qualifications:
Forklift experience (certification preferred, not required)
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift
Basic math and attention to detail
Previous manufacturing or blending experience is a plus
