Key Duties:

·         Recruit, interview, and place candidates

·         Build partnerships with local businesses

·         Support associates with coaching and check-ins

·         Source and screen candidates

·         Make 50+ outbound sales calls weekly

·         Match talent to client needs

·         Deliver excellent client and candidate service

Qualifications:

·         1+ year customer service experience

·         Bilingual English/Spanish

·         HS Diploma or GED

·         Strong computer, communication, and time-management skills

 

Pay: $17–$19/hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
