Key Duties:

• Recruit, interview, and place candidates
• Build partnerships with local businesses
• Support associates with coaching and check-ins
• Source and screen candidates
• Make 50+ outbound sales calls weekly
• Match talent to client needs
• Deliver excellent client and candidate service
• Multi-task and work with urgency daily

Qualifications:

• 1+ year customer service experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
• HS Diploma or GED
• Strong computer, communication, and time-management skills

Salary: $36,000 - $40,000k per year 

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
