Crew Lead - Groundskeeping

Salary: 15-18.00

 

The Crew Lead is responsible for supervision of their crew while assisting with all job duties including: maintaining lawns, landscapes, and outdoor areas using a zero-turn lawn mower and other landscaping equipment. This role ensures the grounds remain clean, safe, and visually appealing by performing regular mowing, trimming, and general landscape maintenance. This is not a seasonal position. 

• Operate a zero-turn lawn mower to cut grass.
• Perform trimming, edging, and blowing to keep areas neat.
• Check and maintain mowers and equipment (cleaning, fueling, basic repairs).
• Care for plants, trees, and flower beds (weeding, pruning, mulching).
• Keep grounds clean by removing trash and debris.
• Follow safety procedures when using tools and equipment.
• Report any damaged or hazardous areas needing attention.

Pay:  Based on experience
