Summary
We are searching for an Office Coordinator to support a patrol office in Anaheim, CA.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide general administrative and clerical support, including managing correspondence, filing, and creating documents.
· Oversee office supplies, order equipment, and manage vendor relationships to maintain office resources.
· Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, book travel (flights, accommodation), and plan company events
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· 1-3 years’ experience in office administration, coordination, or a similar support role
· MS Office, Teams, Outlook, One Drive, Computer literacy,
· High school diploma or GED
