We are seeking experienced Grill Cooks for a fast-casual restaurant client. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled cooks looking for stable work, flexible scheduling, and a high-volume kitchen environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook grill menu items according to established recipes and standards
• Operate and manage the grill station efficiently during busy service periods
• Maintain proper food handling, temperature control, and sanitation practices
• Assist with prep, stocking, and station setup/cleanup
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a strong teamwork mindset
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus (not required)
• Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
