Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Maintenance candidate for a temporary position that may last up to 3 months.  

Duties:

• Maintains and repairs buildings and maintains grounds by performing the following duties.
• Drywall
• Painting
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle or feel the reach with hands and arms.
• The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. 

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to present a vaccination card for TB vaccine or be comfortable with doing a TB skin test. (we will coordinate the appointment, the skin test is free of charge)
