$50,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
This is a true outside sales role focused on new business development. The job is won in the field, face-to-face with decision-makers. If you are comfortable prospecting in person, walking into businesses, and creating opportunities, this role offers real upside.
In addition to opening new accounts, success in this role includes re-engaging inactive or former clients and turning those relationships back into active business. Winning back business counts as winning the week.
What You’ll Do

Prospect for new business through in-person visits, cold calls, referrals, and follow-up

Walk into offices, facilities, and job sites to meet decision-makers

Reconnect with inactive or former clients and earn back their business

Identify workforce challenges and staffing needs
-
Set and conduct face-to-face sales meetings

Present staffing solutions and close new and returning accounts

Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline

Plan and execute daily and weekly territory activity
-
Meet clear weekly activity and prospecting expectations
You should expect to be in the field four or more days per week. This is not a remote or desk-based role.

Typing speed of 40+ WPM
