Job Title: CNC Plasma Operator

Pay: $18–$20 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Plasma Operator to join our metal fabrication team in Weatherford, TX. The ideal candidate will operate CNC plasma cutting machines to produce high-quality metal components according to specifications. This role requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC plasma cutting machines to cut metal parts per drawings and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD files, and work orders.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating CNC plasma cutting machines (preferred).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
