Shift: 2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a CNC Machinist / CNC Machine Operator for a well-established and growing aerospace manufacturing company in Southwest Florida. This position is on 2nd shift and offers long-term potential with a company known for its strong reputation and quality standards in aviation parts production.

Under general supervision, the CNC Machinist will operate, set up, and maintain CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components while adhering to strict quality and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision aerospace components

• Set up machines, load programs, and make necessary adjustments

• Monitor machine operations to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency

• Inspect finished parts using measuring tools and gauges

• Maintain quality and safety standards throughout the production process

• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting

• Accurately complete production and quality documentation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

• Previous CNC Operator or CNC Machinist experience required

• General machine shop experience required

• Experience with aerospace or aviation manufacturing is a plus (not required)

• Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable attendance and ability to work 2nd shift hours
