Title: Auto Glass Technician
Pay: $20–$35+ per hour DOE + monthly production bonuses
Hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Every other Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Location: Shreveport, LA
We are seeking an experienced Auto Glass Technician to join a well-established and growing team in Shreveport, LA. This position is ideal for a motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, customer service, and efficiency. Remove and install automotive glass including windshields, door glass, back glass, and quarter glass
Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards
Perform leak tests and post-install inspections
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Communicate professionally with customers and team members
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Minimum 6 months of experience in the auto glass industry
Must provide own tools required for auto glass installation
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality
