Salary: $17-$19/hr

Our client is seeking a Concierge Manager to join the team at their salon located in North Central San Antonio. This role is ideal for an independent, customer-focused professional who thrives in a people-oriented environment and enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Schedule: Tuesday–Friday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM–4:30 PM (Saturdays REQUIRED)
Pay: $17–$19/hour with potential increases available - Plus - the opportunity to qualify for a monthly bonus up to $1,500 for meeting occupancy, receivables, and work order goals.

 

Duties Include:

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and stylists
• Maintain a positive, professional atmosphere
• Support leasing efforts using Salesforce; follow up on leads promptly
• Manage social media presence (Instagram & Facebook) for the location
• Handle basic administrative tasks: data entry in Excel, weekly reports
• Process payments and handle cash responsibly
• Spot cleaning and supply pickups (using personal vehicle; mileage not reimbursed)
• Collaborate with other CMs to enhance customer experience
• Provide friendly reminders to stylists to maintain salon standards
• Ensure timely filing of work orders

 

Qualifications

• Customer service management, inside sales, retail management/keyholder, high end hospitality or leasing experience, salon or beauty industry experience
• Experience as a shift manager with company that places a very high value on customer service
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to present solutions proactively
• People-oriented, empathetic, and resilient under feedback
• Basic technical skills: Salesforce, Excel, social media posting (Facebook/Instagram)
• Ability to work independently without daily supervision
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance (personal vehicle use required for occasional short errands – mileage not reimbursed)
