We are seeking a friendly and professional Banquet Server/Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties

• Serve food and beverages to guests at banquets, receptions, and special events with professionalism and efficiency
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as a bartender, adhering to all safety and legal guidelines
• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and service stations
• Assist with food presentation, replenishing supplies as needed during events
• Buss tables promptly after guests finish dining, maintaining cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Engage with guests to ensure excellent guest relations and address any special requests or concerns
• Follow food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of events from start to finish

Experience

• Previous experience in the food industry, catering, or banquet service preferred
• Culinary or hospitality background is a plus, including restaurant or hotel experience
• Strong guest services skills with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and guest relations
• Experience in food handling, serving, bartending, or food preparation is desirable
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper alcohol service practices
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism
• Experience in bussing tables and managing multiple responsibilities during events is beneficial
