Engineering Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Engineering Coordinator to support the Engineering/Facilities team. This role plays a key administrative and coordination function, ensuring work orders, schedules, and communications run smoothly. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills and prior hotel or hospitality experience, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main administrative support for the Engineering department
- Coordinate and track maintenance requests, work orders, and service schedules
- Communicate with vendors, internal departments, and engineering staff
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports related to engineering operations
- Assist with scheduling preventive maintenance and follow-up tasks
- Answer calls, respond to emails, and route requests appropriately
- Support day-to-day operational needs to ensure timely completion of work
Schedule & Pay:
- Pay Rate: $22–$25 per hour depending on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Some Saturdays Required
Qualifications:
- English proficiency required (verbal and written)
- Previous administrative experience required
- Hotel or hospitality industry experience required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Professional communication and customer-service mindset
