Salary: $18-20/hr

A wrecker service in Haltom City is hiring a weekend dispatcher. 

 

Pay: $18-$20/hr, depending on experience

 

Shift:  

Dispatcher overnight 2 shifts available:  Wednesday 11:30pm - 6:30am Th, Fri, Sat- 7pm - 6am OR Sunday-Tuesday 7pm-7am Wednesday 7pm-11pm

 

Duties:

• Efficiently manage incoming service requests for vehicle towing and roadside assistance.
• Dispatch tow trucks to designated locations 
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely response and resolution of service calls.
• Communicate with customers to gather essential information, provide updates, and address inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, including customer details, service provided, and timeframes.

Requirements:

• Accurate and efficient typing and data entry skills
• Customer service experience
• Call center or dispatching experience is a plus. 
• This may not include all the requirements of the job
