Position Summary:The Office Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to help keep daily operations running smoothly. This role assists with data entry, filing, scheduling, and general office tasks while supporting multiple departments as needed.
Perform general office duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and answering phones.
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
Enter and update data in company systems or spreadsheets.
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and organizing records.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
Maintain office supplies and ensure common areas stay neat and organized.
Support staff with administrative projects and special assignments as needed.
Provide excellent customer service to employees, clients, and vendors.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous office or administrative experience preferred.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
