Position Summary:The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing a welcoming and professional environment while efficiently managing front desk operations. This role supports daily office functions by handling administrative tasks, directing inquiries, and assisting team members as needed.
Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and follow security procedures.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room usage.
Assist with data entry, filing, copying, scanning, and other clerical duties.
Support company communications by drafting and distributing correspondence.
Order and maintain office supplies as needed.
Provide general administrative support to various departments.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training or education preferred.
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or in customer service is a plus.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
