Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Leasing Agent to join our team at a well-established apartment community in Venice, Florida. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, assist prospective residents throughout the leasing process, and contribute to the overall success and occupancy of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage prospective residents in a professional, friendly manner

• Conduct property tours and highlight community amenities and available units

• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins

• Explain lease terms, qualifications, and community policies clearly

• Prepare leasing documents and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of unit availability and pricing

• Follow up with prospects and manage lead tracking through property management software

• Assist in planning and executing resident events or marketing campaigns

• Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, and reporting

• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure resident satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or hospitality preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed

• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with leasing software is a plus
