Day and Night Shifts Available: Mon to Fri 7:00am to 11:00am or 5:00pm to 9:00pm

Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Part-Time Janitors to join our client's facilities maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring cleanliness, safety, and overall upkeep of medical clinic spaces. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience to contribute to a well-maintained environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal across various facilities
• Maintain floors through buffing, polishing, and appropriate floor care techniques to ensure a professional appearance
• Conduct deep cleaning tasks such as window washing, restroom sanitation, and surface disinfection
• Assist with custodial responsibilities in both commercial and residential settings
• Support facilities maintenance activities including minor repairs and reporting larger issues
• Use industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively to uphold hygiene standards
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and maintained
• Follow health and safety guidelines consistently to create a safe environment for all occupants

Requirements

• Prior janitorial or custodial experience
• Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing and polishing
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, tools, and safety procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
• Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled hours
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
