Position Overview:

The Inventory Clerk will support the Inventory Manager by tracking and maintaining inventory levels, conducting regular audits, and assisting in the receipt and distribution of products. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
•Assist in receiving, unpacking, and inspecting incoming shipments; report any discrepancies or damages to the Inventory Manager.
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using the company's inventory management system.
•Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with system records; report any variances to the Inventory Manager.
•Organize and label inventory items for efficient storage and retrieval.
•Assist in preparing inventory reports and analyses as required.
•Collaborate with other departments to fulfill inventory requests and ensure timely delivery of materials.
•Participate in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce discrepancies.
•Perform other related duties as assigned by the Inventory Manager.

Qualifications:
•High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
•Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related role is preferred.
•Proficiency in using inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
•Strong organizational and time-management skills.
•Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
•Good communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds. - heavy lifting required•

Forklift certification is a plus.
